I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The location was perfect, just outside the city gate and minutes away from exploring 'Crab and Winkle Way' path to Whitstable. The dining experience was delightful and the service was top-notch. However, the breakfast could have had more variety. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in the area.

7.8/10

My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The location was perfect, just outside the city gate and minutes away from the ‘Crab and Winkle Way' path to Whitstable. The room I had was smaller than expected for a deluxe double, and the noise from other guests above was quite bothersome. However, the dining experience was absolutely delicious, and the service, including housekeeping and laundry, was top-notch. An average value for the money overall.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was smaller than expected for a deluxe double. It looked more like a normal double compared to the online pictures. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to have a peaceful stay, but being in a Stable room helped a bit. Take earbuds if you're a light sleeper!
Service

The service at the hotel was great, especially with housekeeping and laundry services. The welcome drink was a nice touch.
